If the following prompt pops up during the installation process, it is because there is a folder permission problem when installing the Microsoft Edge Webview2 component. Simply delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft folder, or change the folder name.

2. Conflict reminder

When using Panda Screen Mirroring, please close other similar screen mirroring software.

Panda Screencast is stable and reliable, but when used with other similar screencasting software, there will be conflicts such as ports being occupied and programs being locked, which may cause users to experience many abnormal problems such as the inability to cast from their mobile phones, a small number of mobile phone screens being cast, and the failure of group control functions. For your user experience, please close other screencasting software.

Usually, this is due to incompatibility of Windows 7 system. It is recommended to use Windows 10 or Windows 11 system.

6.What should I do if the software crashes?

When the user's computer was upgraded from win7 to win10, wmic had changed the original directory structure, and the environment variables did not follow the table, causing the wmic command to fail.
